They need Noteboom to develop into a starter- ideally at LT, at least at RT. Agree I would extend Brown and put him on whichever side Noteboom projects. Probably true about Saffold. He will turn 31 next summer and be looking at his last NFL contract so most likely will go for a big payday.
Ideally between Allen and Demby one becomes a starter and one is the top interior backup. If Noteboom can handle LT then finding a RT either in the 2019 Draft or free agency would be somewhat easier.
