Agreed. Would like to see us get on top of these lunch pail players and give them a substantial but reasonable extension rather than waiting until they are free agents and then having to overpay to keep them because demand outstrips supply for proven OL-persons.
I doubt they can keep all 3 OL FAs after the season.
That's of course Saffold, Brown, and Hav.
That's why drafting OL was so important this year.
I think they can or will extend at best 1. We'll see though.
Then after next year both AW and JS are FAs too (ie. 2020 off-season). So drafting OL in 2019 will be a priority.
That could mean that by 2020 they could have up to 4 new OL starters, depending on how many of the 2019 off-season FAs they keep (again RS, JB, RH).
