As should be expected, really....Kromer has a long history coaching up guards.
Best offensive line coach the Rams have had since Jim Hanifan after Ten years of Paul Boudreau & Steve Loney. Amazing both of them were the offensive line coaches since 2006 as Scott Linehan fired Boudreau after his first season to hire Loney. Then for some odd reason Steve Spagnuolo kept Loney on during his regime and when Fisher was hired, he brought back Boudreau. Again besides Wade Phillips the best hire McVay made was Aaron Kromer and we can thank the Miami Dolphins for that because they denied the Rams permission to hire Chris "Sniff" Foerster as OC/Offensive line coach.

Well we agree on Kromer.
But I liked Boudreau. And when he had a line that was both relatively healthy and anchored by veterans he did well with the Rams (mostly that was 2013).
