An amateur draft guru has no idea what he's talking about. He/she thinks a player ought to be selected according to their board.
It's like the "risers and fallers" as the draft nears. Every GM when asked about it says that except for the most minor moves, the draft board has been set for a while before the draft. Risers and fallers are a media invention.
