Whether fans will continue to watch the evolving game would yet to be seen.
Basketball eliminated nearly all jump balls, and they are doing well.
Would fans still watch the game without the kickoff? I don't know. I would guess "probably."
What about the punt return? Is that the 2nd most injurious play in the game? Don't eliminate the punt, but eliminate the return? The punt return is probably the most often penalized play in the game, meaning "boring."

There's a lot of changes occurring in many areas of life. I could get into healthcare, particularly physician practice, but I won't. I will say that I've never been as dissatisfied with being a doctor as I am now, with about 10 years to go. Unless I find something more fulfilling to do.
