Rams no longer have enough money. Could Suh signing be precursor to a Donald trade? I doubt it. But I can't imagine Donald won't be with the team until he uses up all his franchise tags.
The Rams may not have much space left to put a large portion of a new extension on the 2018 cap they have plenty of space to do that on the 2019 cap. I doubt that they were ever going to put much on the '18 cap anyway.
