and you still do not seem to grasp the concept of speculation. They can say whatever they want, it does not mean anything. Unless you were in the room and involved in the discussions, you do not know who was behind the Woods and Whitworth signings. Fisher regularly said one thing and then you learned it was a lie. Kind of like our President, just because he says one thing certainly does not mean that is how things went down? I am going to "speculate" that he and Stormy had sexual relations. Trump said he did not, so I assume you will take him at his word?
It is my opinion that Snead does not know sh&^t about evaluating talent. He drafted GRob, I Pead, B Quick, traded up for Tavon Austin, and so on and so on.... Sure, he also picked A Donald after he fell in their laps. That is a lot of misses in the first two rounds. Somehow he kept his GM job when he should have been fired, and I have heard him express his gratitude for that which I admired, because, yes, he was lucky to survive after 6 years of failure. McVay has come in and given Snead a lifeline. Now he is doing what he does best, wheeling & dealing.
Go rams
According to your account the Rams were stupid to keep Snead plus forced a green young first time head coach to do the kind of personnel work he had never done before while also doing everything he had to do as a first time head coach. Man what a crappy organization that would be, that would do things that way.
According to my account the sources ALL tell the same story about how personnel decisions work with that Rams, and they tell that story abundantly and often. That includes both inside sources and outside sources who have been give access to the process. My entire account is based on the actual evidence trail. (Meanwhile not a thing you say about this is backed by any source or evidence at all. In fact all the sources and evidence contradict what you say. And I do mean "all." )
So I will stick with my take, since to me, my take is based on their take. Including McVay's.
So, should we agree we don't see eye to eye and move on?
Speaking for myself, I think it's time.
Here's to agreeing on a different topic in a different discussion. Till then.
