Watkins is the best WR on the Rams roster.
Watkins will get a solid contract and be in Horns. Let the bean counters take care of the numbers because I am with EVERYONE who does not want to OVERPAY for any player. I also don't let a WR like Watkins get away from me and just walk out the door.
