That is true but (IMO) it is due to bad contracts to players that didn't deserve the $$ and were overvalued. And BTW, every team has CAP rollover $$, not just the Rams.

Now people want SW signed or tagged above his production level (IMO) and that would contribute to more cap rollover in future years as well. It can be argued both ways (legit points on both sides) on Sammy. I am hoping we can still sign Sammy for a reasonable # to avoid that.

If players overvalue themselves, so be it. Let them walk.
