All that cap space that they have starts deteriorating if they throw it around just because. Watkins isn't a guy you over pay. Injuries, production, effort and his admitted trouble learning play books should have people pause.
I'd like the Rams to sign him to a prove it contract or a 10 million per year deal but if he's getting paid because of a non name market I'd love for that to be the 9ers.
