While I tend to agree with the tag being used as a last resort, I wouldn't expect any of these players to be reasonable if they can get more money on another team. The NFL career is a short one and they need to maximize their earnings when the opportunity presents itself. Now a little less to play with your teammates, on a team on the rise over a weak team not going anywhere I can see as reasonable. But if the Rams offered Joyner 10 million a year and say Cleveland said hey here's 12 , or offered 15 million more guaranteed money over five years he's gone. March 6th is fast approaching, hope Rams don't let these guys go shopping.
