The better option if you ask me, Franchising Watkins would be a mistake, Joyner will probably get that Franchise tender. Watkins can go out and see what the market offers and the Rams can match. sure they get nothing in return if they do not match except for the possible 3rd round Comp pick, but my thought is they will in fact match an offer he gets unless its ridiculous.
