Go back and watch that first "drop" and you will see what happened, why Watkins didn't elevate and most like why he didn't catch that ball. The DB's left arm/hand holds down Watkins left shoulder, you can even see it a little in the Twitter clip, just look at Sammy's feet as he tries to elevate he barely gets off the ground. In the tv feed they show it from the end zone and you can see it clear as day. Imagine yourself preparing to leap to make a catch then suddenly not being able too?
