...the rule should be if the receiver has control of the ball with two feet down it is a catch. No going to the ground. No second act.
2 feet on the ground and possession.
This almost passed a couple years ago so there is hope.

This crap that they have to retain control through falling on the ground is dumb.
The more rules put in place, the worse it gets. Is it a catch or isn't it? More rules require more interpretation.
