and it can a happen, there have been 33, I think, forced fumbles on special teams this year, most of them on punts. But you'd need to know the number of fumbles on KO returns to find out the frequency and then weigh the chances of that versus giving up the 5 extra yards
I would guess the analytics people for the Rams have done that for Bones.
