Have the rules changed? Is this a new thing? Or did people just assume that Peyton was completely responsible 100% of the time for all audibles? Conversely, do people just assume Goff must clearly be "behind the curve" (to put it nicely, or "stupid" to be not so nice) so

Why is this only an issue or problem when a young Rams QB is having success? What about Wentz? He never calls audibles? Or how about
any other QB in the league, regardless of age who calls audibles at the line of scrimmage?Seems to me that some people are emotionally invested in declaring Goff a "bust" last year and they are clinging to ways they can still claim they weren't totally wrong.
