There can be little doubt that Greg Robinson was the biggest bust in the Snisher era. But Brian Quick is the easy #2. Such a valuable pick, the top choice on Day 2. Trade offers pour in for first round talent that fall. And the Rams select Brian Quick. Hindsight is easy, but what were they smoking. Blinded by potential, not seeing the real picture.

Like the article says, cutting the disappointments was key to moving on.

Players drafted after Brian Quick that are superior football players ... too many to count, but the Pro Bowlers:
- Bobby Wagner (ouch could we have been special with him)
- Alshon Jeffries
- Zac Brown
- Lavonte David
- Osemele

and another 6 or 8 guys that everyone missed on. But any of the above would have elevated the Rams. Quick? Just a bad memory for Rams fans, unknown by the rest of the football world.

Let's hope the new group continues to develop because they are young.
