How many players were acquired via FA, draft, or trade from 2012 to 2016? There had to be at least 75 players brought in in that 5 year time period, many of them very high draft picks.

So how many of them were good acquisitions? About 20% is my estimate.

You can count them all up and do the numerator-denominator thing, but I bet it won't be much better than 20%. And that's just not a very commendable job, IMO.

Compare that to what Snead had done this past year with McVay. Its not close.

My guess is that your opinion of what constitutes a good player will be different than mine and both of ours will be different than others. And I really don't want to get into that. We are going to disagree on this and thats fine. There is will not be a perfect truth on who is a good player and who isn't. Still, I stand firm in my belief that Snead has done a much better job since Fisher was replaced by McVay.
