I'll give a nod to you that it
could happen. But since it's rare, it's very unlikely and we shouldn't expect it.
I was mostly going after the belief that it seems so many hold, that when a millionaire is set for life, there is almost an expectation that they'll be fine with leaving a million here or there on the table.
Wealthy people don't do that and are actually taught against doing that.
