I would say the same thing to someone who posted that the team was lowballing Donald.
We couldn;t know THAT either.
We don;'t know if they're close, far apart, if the Rams are lowballing, if Donald is asking way too much, or if in fact (and this is what I personally believe) it;s a structure issue (how much guaranteed, how much front loading v. back loading etc.)
Now you may personally BELIEVE it's the way you paint it. But I know for certain you have no evidence for it. It;s just a belief.

See? Again? No. We do not know that. In fact the local reporters who know the team best are not talking about it in those terms. Another possible view is that it's contract structure....they agree on the overall amount, at least roughly, but have a lot to work out in terms of how the contract is set up.
If you don't include structure you haven't included all the possibilities (and again it's the one the local reporters are stressing).
And the minute you include structure then we really honestly have no idea what's going on because a lot is going on.
There's no evidence to draw conclusions yet.

Point is a deal is not yet done and he is holding out....who cares if it's "structure" "language" "guarantees" or what any other word you want to use for all mighty dollar$$$
Last week Rams insider Andrew Siciliano said the Rams had a HUGE offer on the table.....I tend to believe Andrew knows some people who know what's really going on. Sure seems like a long time to cross some t's and dot some i's.....
