Customer service. It has deteriorated slightly over the years, but to me it was still in the excellent catogory. Been with them since 96. When the Rams left LA I had to have Sunday ticket. Still think the actual service is great. Just not sure it's worth the cost anymore. My Rams are back! What's scary is some of us have been on these message boards since! I feel old!

Same here, tony. The only reason I had DTV was because the Rams moved. Now that they're back, I cancelled it. It was an added expense that I thought was worth it to see the Rams play but now that they're on the local network channels it's just not necessary! I never cancelled our cable service because we got a killer deal with that through my wife's work.

But overall, I thought the service was good and the Genie box was/is way better than the cable box.
