Customer service. It has deteriorated slightly over the years, but to me it was still in the excellent catogory. Been with them since 96. When the Rams left LA I had to have Sunday ticket. Still think the actual service is great. Just not sure it's worth the cost anymore. My Rams are back! What's scary is some of us have been on these message boards since! I feel old!
