Switched back and what they quoted and what they provided was different in a bad way for me the customer. All kinds of end arounds and stories when calling back. I actually don't think they are being dishonest.

It is just poorly organized and poorly trained. But Mostly Bad business processes.

They should take the order and send you an email in a couple of minutes while you are still on the phone to confirm what you have just ordered and than be able to talk to the person immediately to clear up any misunderstandings.

To me, it was further complicated by upgrading my phone plans to have unlimited data. That bill also is not what was quoted to me.

Have to make more phone calls tomorrow. Hoping I get smarter people during the day in customer service.
