Called yesterday, got it for free (very rare happening for me), plus $25 off my regular programing for a year. At 1st I also got an operator that seemed to be overseas, she offered $10 off the NFL ticket, I said give me a break and was transferred to another woman (US accent) and got the deal I mentioned. Overall time on phone was @ 25 min.
The thing that bugs me is they make you jump through multiple hoops before they give you any real seeming deal.....every effing year, I dread that call....just a pain in the rear IMO.....25 minutes of my life wasted towards DTV.....
