is his ability to get extra yards and break tackles. He's a very tough guy to bring down, squirrely and elusive for a big dude, and I think teams assumed that was due to level of competition, but IMO he will demonstrate that even in preseason.
My concern is just him knowing the entire offense and responsibilities. That's why I don't think he'll be an early season go-to option for Goff. Hope of course is that he'll start to come on, though, as the season unfolds and he gets comfortable.
All that aside, I do think he's getting elite coaching from McVay, who knows he's going to need him. So it's possible we see him "get it" quicker than most TEs tend to, i.e. year one impact in this offense.
