Agreed. He produced (in 2015 anyway). It's particularly effective if you don't know where he;ll line up or what he will do on a given play (run or catch or be a decoy).
So yeah he was productive in 2015 and that included running the ball. They tried using him more as a pure receiver last year and it fizzled. We'll see about this year. It may just be that McVay believes in his system so much that either Tavon adapts to it or he doesn't have that much use for Tavon. BUT IMO if they use Tavon more like he was in 2015, then, I think he can still be as productive.
