He had surgery on in Dallas.
He tore his Left Acl, MCL in 13 or 15, I forget which year and is still having issues with it.

It was both. One in 2013 and one in 2015. It flared up again in 2016. But then in 2016, that's just one year away from the 2015 injury (left knee: ACL, MCL and patellar tendon). He was inactive because of that about 3 times in the first half of the 2016 season. That's why he was barely used last year. After his knee settled down he had been surpassed on the depth chart and barely saw the field.
