A bad knee or history of would have had me looking elsewhere . The signing isn't looking too great now.
The severe roster cut down this year (Elimination of the cut to 75 I believe) will have a huge amount of talent out there prior to the final 53 being set . So I'm sure we'll have a shot at a lot of good RB maybe even FS talent on the waiver wire before wk 1.
In terms of missing one day, I think with a lot of veteran role players, that's not that big a deal. If it drags on this summer it's a problem. I certainly get your concerns but personally I won;t think this is a problem unless he can't go during the season.
As of right now, my vote is, I bet they don't replace him.
But if they do they do, that;s fine with me too.
