I know this. He has brought in workers that are team first type players, and got rid of those they were not..

I know who Robert Woods is probably better than most.

I know who Cooper Kupp is.

I like what I see of Everette but don't know much about him, BUT I trust that McVay's track record says HE knows tight ends.

I trust that he knows the type of players that fit his philosophy.

I'll hang my hat on that!
