For example: I really like what I'm hearing from McVay so far... and also what other's are saying about him. I also like his pedigree. I think he was the right guy at the right time.

At the same time:

Year's of failure have, and not just 'failure' but failure everywhere, (even if not all types of failure at the same time), have forced me into being far more cautious than I used to be. It wasn't that many years ago that I was NOT that way.

And that second part in no way means I'm not hopeful.
