What I'm getting is I don't think Goff took a step backwards... and did take some steps forwards but not at an increase that's acceptable in the NFL. Therein lies my hope with McVay. I agree with those that say this will be Goff's actual rookie year.. simply from a progress perspective. - JamesJM
I don't like Fisher, I think he's an arrogant jerk. I'm sticking to my guns that he was a detriment to Goff's development. I do agree Goff was bad last year, but it was the blind leading the blind. I'm confident McVay will turn Goff into at least an average starting NFL QB. He has the tools, so good coaching and good attitude should equate into good QB play.
