To be fair, is anyone calling him the next superstar?
I think the most I hear from anyone is that IF he keeps developing this summer the way he has been so far, then he is probably worth a shot.
I don't think anyone has fetched the keys to Canton yet.
But players can start rough, particularly when coming up from more obscure college programs. Thomas may keep getting better, he may not. So far IMO it sounds like he has earned the chance to find out more about him.
