Not many.
There is a possibility that he is writing him into a gameplan. Also a possibility that he isn't telegraphing it. A possibility he wants to be the guy that puts Tavon on the map. Lots of possibilities.
For a team that has little in the way of star quality in LA, the Rams need all the playmakers can get. And say what you will, Stan wrote that check last year, and you can bet that the guy selected to be the hot shot in jump starting this squad had better have had that in his presentation plan. I'm not a big Tavon fan, but I have to think a lot of this is in the "uh, duh" catagory. He's not going to be phased out next season. Quite the opposite.
As always, JMO.
I've heard McVay specifically mention Tavon several times. And he has referred to him as a playmaker. I presumed from that that he had big plans for him. But we shall see.
