I think he'll be more engaged with McVay's scheme and a better OL. But to me he should be motivated because of his pending 5th year option. RBs above all other positions have a really short shelf life and if he wants to make money in this league this is the year to prove it. They will pick up his 5th year option- or not- of $9.2M based on his 2017 season. Up to him to go earn it.
