He talks about a WR that has the ability to "take the top off a defense". Basically, he's looking for a Desaen Jackson type.
Having a TE with the same type of speed is another guy he needs for his "O".
Having that threat will open up the routes underneath for TA.....
Now, if McVay does not see that type of WR on our roster right now during OTA's.........Then, they will be priority picks in RDs 2-3-4....
