Upside. I really liked the Cooper selection, he's unconventional but effective which was really nice value where they got him. He isn't a guy who is going to dominate games, but he will be a guy they can rely on. He should fit well with McVay. Spruce same deal, more physical and stronger but similar in that he is a guy an offense can rely on, good hands and will execute his route correctly in McVay's scheme. Both are types who can rotate in and make plays.
Higbee though has a chance to be more. He has some real high end talent. Dude is huge, moves well, excellent catch radius, good runner with the ball, etc. If he is going to be something in this league it's gonna be under this staff too, everything is aligned for him. The key is whether he shows he can be the option route target in this offense, if so watch out.
