WR's/TE's on our roster.... Your SLEEPER?

If the question is purely in the context of sleepers only? That would eliminate for me, Higbee, Woods, Austin, Cooper, Spruce, Bradley & Thomas.
Woods is the only one I trust to show up and play at a consistent high level right out of the gate in 2017.
A few of these guys are either going to step up their play and maybe be in McVay's future plans, or some of them could easily be cut before week 1.
Because of how bad both of these groups are on paper and how desperate the Rams are in need at the WR/TE positions, 50% or more of these guys might just end up being one year rentals and released after the 2017 season.
As everyone already knows, besides Robert Woods, McVay inherited this entire WR/TE group and even he can only guess from film review what the potential/talent level might or might not be. Until he gets his hands on them in camp and preseason this entire group needs more competition from the draft and UDFA's.
I only have 3 sleepers and one of them is not even on the roster yet.
Temarrick Hemingway- Another project/upside player drafted by the Fisher/Snead era. If he's working hard on his craft this off-season, I think he could be a better mismatch receiving TE than Higbee (not holding my breath). Some have already mentioned him in previous posts and I concur with some of their logic. This is a big camp and preseason coming up for Hemingway.
Paul McRoberts- He's a poor mans Zay Jones with less speed. His hands are legit and he has a chance to surprise so I'm amused at how much he might progress going into year number 2. (again not holding my breath but keeping a close eye on him)
Rookie WR drafted at #69 My gut feeling/sense says there is a 75% probability the Rams will select a WR in the 3rd round and he will be better than 3/4 of the WR's on the current roster. Maybe the draft and their board allows them to gamble and wait until their first pick of the 4th round but I hope they pull the trigger by #69.
