I'm a fan of both, and I will qualify my thoughts by saying this:
I have always thought Kupp was a 3rd rounder that might get drafted in the end of the 2nd. I think he goes in the middle of the 3rd now.
Carr should get drafted and drafted by the 6th round. I have no idea if he will or not.
They are both 6' plus slot WRs with good hands and can make the contested catch. Neither is particularly athletic or a speedster. Both competitive (self made men).
Where I like Kupp more: I like his extra 1" and 12 +/- lbs. I like his route running much better. Its how Kupp is going to get his seperation. I think there could be an outside chance he can be more then a slot WR, Carr cannot.
Carr in the right system could be a very good slot guy (think NE) Kupp could work in multiple NFL systems.
