Tagging tru is a "win now" chess move. .... if McVay and Phillips are driving this decision, then they must think the team is playoff caliber. I don't see how this team can do any better than 7&9 with the O-Line in place ...
I think the +'s that can be gained by spending tru's money on the O-Line can outweigh the -'s of not spending 16.7 mill on him.
