I liked Goff in the draft, but I never would have made that trade. That was a desperate move driven by the move to LA.
Demoff was right when he said the Rams failure was a total organizational failure.
It wasn't just Fisher. And he said that.
Unfortunately, the only guys they got rid of was Fisher and his coaches. They didn't get rid of the other elements of the failure, including Demoff and Snead. Instead, they gave them more power.
That's why I keep saying McVay will be overwhelmed working with these incompetent people.
