Yeah, I think the Rams are a helluva lot closer to being a rebuild than Demoff is letting on.

Heck, the OL alone might qualify this team for the rebuild description.

Some of us could see that a new HC was needed by the end of the '14 season. But nooooo... Not THIS FO.

Two more whole years were wasted behind Fisher, instead.

The Snead thing right now is another example. Is he in or is he out? Geez, who the hell knows? Make a decision and then move on, dammit! Enough with the waffling and patience.

I will say this, though. A new and strong HC can do wonders to correct the culture AND vastly improve the effectiveness of currently underachieving but talented players. I mean, first year.

I just wish that I had more faith in this FO to get the GM and HC thing right.

They're 0-4 on their last 4 HC's, after all. Sigh...
