Kroenke and Demoff have never shown me that they are decisive when it comes to football decisions. They finally fire Fisher, and they do it before the season is over. It was almost like an overreaction to the realization that Fisher should have been gone a long time ago. Then they sit on Snead after stating that it was a complete organizational failure complete with bad personnel decisions.
They do not instill any confidence that they know what they are doing. The Rams are the poster boys for dysfunctional football teams.
I'm not sure what Demoff's job should be, but I know it shouldn't be finding a HC and GM.
