I've been saying for 3 years that this team is not playing to it's talent level.
Especially on the offensive side of the ball.

I am NOT saying that this is a deeply talented team. I'm saying that this is no worse than a .500 team and they have players who have talent but it has either not been developed, or it has been grossly misused.

Case example: Nick Foles. Has a near record breaking several game stretch under Kelly. Comes to the Rams and looks like Goff has looked. Goes to the KC Chiefs and plays great when called on.

Jared Cook. Plays good for the Titans. Looks lost as a goose on the Rams. Goes to Green Bay and looks really good.

The system, the HC and the OC and all the assistants whose jobs are to DEVELOP the players really matters.
The Rams have done pretty good on D under Fisher, but the O has been a mess for 5 years. No development of anybody. And I mean anybody. It simply is mathmatically impossible for the Rams to draft and bring in FAs for 5 years and have NOBODY develop and excel on offense.

This is Fisher and his staff all the way. Yes, of course, we need some personnel help in spots.

But in no way is this a rebuild from the ground up. No way. Somebody is going to inherit a team with .500 talent. Then they need to coach it up, develop, and fill some holes and the Rams have a chance to be a good team that doesn't make you want to vomit.
