He was OC for Linehan I believe and the ofense was a mess, if he learned from it, great, but why would you bring him as HC?

Frankly, the one reason you might bring him in is the Pats offense has always been productive. You cannot say that about the Rams.

How will he build his coaching staff and who will the defensive coordinator be? I don't know.
