What a beautiful day for football, the crowd was fired up and ready for a Rams win. But I have never been more embarrassed at a Rams game as I was on Sunday.
- Boras doesn't seem to have the pulse of his offense or the flow of games at all. He doesn't seem to be able to change things to get them going. When to speed up the tempo, when to stick with the run, etc. Carolina basically pitched a shut-out in this game.
There was absolutely no real threat from the Rams offense all day. 15 rushing attempts in a one score game for the most part??? No balance, no tempo, no flow, no continuity, no perceivable plan, no production.
With the excuse for a professional NFL Offense that was displayed in 2015, Boras was a huge concern/unknown along with the roster not having a game changing WR heading into the 2016 season..
Boras is virtually a rookie OC unless you count his cameo appearance at the end of 2015. The O-Line not even slightly improving game to game in the run blocking is a frustrating mystery.
Gurley despite his flaws, seems to be disinterested at times and sadly it doesn't look like he's going to just turn on some magic switch in the 2nd half of the season. I haven't given up on Gurley still having a great career but this is an unpleasant sight to see in 2016.
