who are all the other 4th round picks who have been developed "properly" by game 4 of their rookie season? yes, there are always 1 or 2 lower round guys who outperform their draft position (dak prescott, for example) but quite frankly that is not the norm. the problem to me is fan expectation. The general fan thinks these guys are going to come in and perform like 10 year vets. But the reality is that fourth round and lower picks just dont generally come in and light up the nfl. Sorry to disappoint you.
