Really?

See I thought the norm in the NFL for a 4th round pick is to not have much production, if any, in their first year. It seems most forget the stat that says that 4th round picks only have a 10-15% chance of becoming a starter period, let alone a productive starter in their first year.

This is another case of unrealistic expectations.
