you will see that big production almost never happens, even among the greatest at the position. Look them up.
It is one of the most difficult positions to play well because they need to be able to do different things to get on the field. Blocking, moving around for different formations with "hard" assignments of taking on DEs that can outweigh them by 30+ pounds, second level moving targets, etc.
My only concern with Higbee was that he was a known party animal. He seems to be working his butt off to be a part of this team, though, so with his raw talent I think we have something to look forward to.
