My Dad and I each bought a $2,500 PSL per seat for two seats in 1995 from FANS, Inc. in 1994, lower level on the 20 yard line. After he passed, my wife and I bought the two seats next to us from the Rams in 2001 for $3k per seat to have four seats while our kids were young. In our post Super Bowl enthusiasm, we never read the fine print and failed to realize the terms were quite different. In 2009, during the recession, I had to relocate to Indy for employment reasons, and with the team not doing well, we sold all four PSLs to a friend, locking in a small loss. We still made the four hour drive drive from Indy to STL once or twice a year, generally buying off Stubhub. I imagine following (and documenting) the paper trail of all the remaining PSL holders, & 20 years of their purchases/sales, from the Rams and/or FANS, Inc. would be a quite a challenge. I guess that's why law firms hire interns.

The contract stated that the sole remedy for Rams was relocation.
