All these years and the Rams couldn't handle a jailbreak blitz to save their lives, even when it's obvious to everyone else in the Stadium what is coming. Even if the dump ends up in a yard and a punt, at least I could say we tried. Different coaches, different coordinators and I feel like I've been watching the same movie for many, many years. Good D, stud running back, no QB and revolving WRs executing the same plays with different names.
Our O line problems have been well documented and of course I do not disagree. But as stated, where other teams compensate and move on, the Rams have seemed trapped by their inability to adjust to whatever situation they find themselves and repeat the same things over and over expecting different results. At least we aren't 2-14 anymore, but trends seem to be just that- trends.
